FREQUENTYLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
As all items are made to order and final product picture will be send for confirmation before ship out, hence returns are only acceptable in special cases like:
- Item received are not the size ordered. (Eg: You ordered a size 26 but received a size 28)
- Huge difference with picture provided.
- Items are faulty and not wearable at all.
All Amn.d's items sold are final.
2. HOW DO I ORDER?
Step 1: Go through the design on the blog, and pick your desired design.
Step 2: Fill up the order form, with the sizing and choice of design. You can find various category in the blog.
Step 3: Give us 24 hours to respond back to you, if not, you may email us amnds.pcdd@gmail.com
Step 4: Picture of denim with the given sizing will be provided.
Step 5: Make full payment with banking details provided.
Step 6: Completion time frame will be given.
Step 7: Wait for us to do the magic for you.
3. HOW ABOUT THE SHORTS? ARE THEY NEW?
There are 3 options provided:
A) NEW SHORTS
Limited choice of design, and more expensive.
B) VINTAGE JEANS
Most of the shorts are refashion from old vintage jeans, hence most of the shorts are preloved, and therefore pre-owned. As it is a vintage jeans, all denim will vary in age, color and wear from the past creation in every listing. All denim will be wash thoroughly and be sure to reach you in prettiest form. All denim are carefully picked of A-grade or B-grade vintage condition. If you are not comfortable with it, you can always opt for option three in sending us your own denim for customization.
C) CUSTOMER'S OWN JEANS
Yes, you heard it right, in Amn.d's we believe in recycling in old jeans, as all of us definitely have that one or two jeans that has been sitting in the wardrobe due to the cutting or the colour of the jeans. Send it to us and we will refashion it for you. Be it from a long jeans to shorts, or folded bottom to fray or ombre. Anything at all, enquire with us further. 4. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE READY?
Due to large influx of orders and each item are purely handmade from scratch on every detailing by one person only, hence most orders will take about 10 - 14 working days to be made then shipped out. (*Note that some design of shorts may take longer time to be ready due to its complexity.)Items will be shipped via Poslaju with tracking code provided and it will take 1 - 3 working days to arrive. International shipping may take from 10 - 14 working days.
However, if you would like to get your shorts within a specific date, YOU CAN, email us and we can arrange accordingly.
5. WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG FOR AN ORDER TO BE MADE AND SHIPPED?
Every piece of Amn.d's are made to order, and as it carefully handmade by one person, the entire process may take up to 14 working days depending on the complexity of design. As we understand it is frustrating to wait so long for a pair of shorts, but in Amn.d's we would like to ensure highest quality of design and guaranteed satisfaction upon arriving to our customers and we definitely appreciate the understanding, support and patient we have been getting.
6. WHY IS THE PANTS/SHORTS/JACKETS SO EXPENSIVE?
Each item are handmade from scratch, the cutting, rips, fray, dip dye, galaxy or tribal paint, sewing and high cost incurred covered the price of the denim, art supplies, fabric and studs. At Amn.d's we are not looking to make big profit, but is to share the love of DIY and refashion to those who would appreciate our work. The price you are paying is for the one of a kind and purely customized to your preference.
7. DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF MALAYSIA?

8. WHAT IS THE PAYMENT METHOD?
For now, we only accept payment via Maybank for local order and PayPal for international orders. Fill up the order form and banking details will be provided after order confirmation.
